قال الألباني:
«فنحن نريد أن نوجد بلدا إسلاميا أقرب ما يكون إلى تحقيق الإسلام.
نحن لا نطمع أن نجد خليفة يشبه عهد الخلفاء الراشدين بل يشبه الخليفة الخامس وهو عمر بن عبد العزيز رضي الله عنهم أجمعين لكن نريد حاكما يحكم بما أنزل الله يجعل هدفه الحكم بما أنزل الله».

Shaikh Al-Albani said:
We desire to establish an Islamic nation close to what is Tahqeeq Al-Islam (the actualization of Islam).
We do not desire to (exactly) replicate the era of The Rightly Guided Caliphs, and neither a state like that of the fifth rightly guided Caliph, and he was Umar bin Abdul Azeez (May Allah be pleased with them all). (And so) But we desire a ruler who rules by (a Shariah with) what Allah Revealed, he makes his goal to rule by what Allah Revealed (i.e. The Qur’an and The Sunnah).
